Role Overview
As a Utility Technician reporting directly to the Shift Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the SBM technicians by managing the tipping of preforms into machines and assisting with various machine setups as part of a small, focused team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Load preforms into SBM machines efficiently and safely
- Provide consistent daily assistance and support to SBM technicians
- Conduct routine quality inspections to maintain product standards
- Collaborate with colleagues within the SBM department to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to uphold workplace safety

Work Schedule and Compensation
The position follows a shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, covering both day and night shifts. The annual salary is £34,000, complemented by opportunities for overtime work.
