About the Role
A prominent group of companies in Qatar is looking for a seasoned MEP Maintenance Manager to lead and develop their MEP Maintenance Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Plan and manage Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Coordinate installation, upkeep, and repairs with technicians and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and detailed technical documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections ensuring highest work standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets and manage operational expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
- Identify and secure new maintenance contracts to promote business expansion.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must have independently managed a division before.
- Presence in Doha required for face-to-face interview.
- Hold a transferable visa with No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Valid driving license necessary.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in MEP maintenance within Qatar.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management.
- Familiarity with Qatar's building codes and regulations.
- Well-versed in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
