Role Overview

As a Meeting & Events Executive, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of meetings and events, from initial inquiries through to final execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries, develop tailored proposals, and secure event bookings.
  • Coordinate detailed event planning and facilitate smooth transitions to the operations team for execution.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat engagements.
