About the Role
Muthoot Finance is hiring dynamic MBA freshers for the position of Sales Executive Management Trainee in Mumbai and Pune. This full-time role is designed for target-driven individuals eager to promote financial products, primarily gold loans, to potential customers while maintaining strong client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard new clients for gold loans and other financial offerings.
- Clearly communicate product features, interest rates, and repayment plans to customers.
- Meet monthly sales and business objectives consistently.
- Build and sustain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer questions and deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct on-field marketing activities and visits as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and keep comprehensive customer records.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Fresh MBA or PGDM graduates from recognized universities or colleges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic familiarity with banking or financial products is advantageous.
- Prior sales experience will be considered a plus.
