Role Overview
This position entails leading and coordinating initiatives across Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Effectiveness to ensure smooth execution aligned with company goals. The role oversees the complete talent lifecycle, enhancing workforce capabilities through well-designed learning programs, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a positive organizational culture. It also involves effective vendor and budget oversight to maximize program outcomes.
Talent Management Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle including talent identification, assessment, council preparation, and finalization of talent profiles as per council feedback.
- Oversee Potential Assessment cycles by coordinating cohort finalization, data corrections, and ensuring 100% completion of PA ratings involving managers.
- Prepare Talent Council materials to facilitate career discussions involving employees, managers, HR, and align with organizational strategy and achievements.
- Administer Talent Development by tracking Development Assessment Cycles for key talents and other employees, ensuring their developmental needs are addressed through targeted programs such as mentoring and training.
- Ensure completion of development plans via various learning modes including online, in-person training, mentoring, and e-learning.
- Maintain confidential employee information, understanding their aspirations and challenges, while safeguarding privacy at all stages.
- Identify opportunities for employee role transitions, develop transition plans, and facilitate related sessions with leadership.
Learning & Development Activities
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses and design Non-Sales training architectures, managing session planning, facilitator selection, invitations, attendance tracking, and impact assessments.
- Manage induction programs for all employees promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate nominations for centrally-driven training programs and manage training attendance to maintain accurate learning indexes and reports.
- Support ABC University behavioral facilitation and spearhead central mandatory trainings, learning festivals, and e-learning platforms such as Coursera and WIZR.
- Lead efforts in implementing L&D technology tools.
Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness
- Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization on a calendarized basis.
- Enhance branding of engagement activities on social media to boost interaction metrics by at least 10%.
- Capture employee experience via surveys including VIBES and 360 feedback, ensuring complete participation and actionable outcomes.
- Lead wellness programs encouraging healthier lifestyles among employees.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and facilitate the Women Influence Network (WIN) as a supportive platform for female employees.
Recognition and Budget Management
- Manage award programs (ABG, ABC & ABML) from nominations to presentation and monetary allocations.
- Prepare and oversee yearly budgeting, payout processes, and expense tracking related to talent management and development activities.
