About RNTBCI
Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre India (RNTBCI), established in 2007 and based in Mahindra World City, Chennai, employs over 8,000 professionals. RNTBCI supports technology needs through dedicated teams in Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Research & Advanced Engineering, After-Sales Engineering, and Business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with company goals, performing risk assessments to pinpoint potential dangers and vulnerabilities.
- Review, update, and enforce security protocols across various company locations ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Supervise the planning and implementation of physical security measures safeguarding facilities, personnel, and assets, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
- Establish and maintain incident response and crisis management plans to effectively handle security breaches, collaborating with authorities for recovery and continuity.
- Assess and update security technology solutions in line with corporate policies.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve established security goals through communication and cooperation.
- Oversee the operational security budget exceeding 55 million INR for manpower and asset management; prepare and seek approval for capital expenditure for security enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to investigate security issues, file complaints, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Develop, implement, and test emergency response plans to secure organizational assets under various scenarios.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 15 to 18 years total experience, combining at least 10 years in a defense role and 5 years in corporate security.
- Applicants should be retired officers from the Army, Navy, or Air Force, holding a respectable cadre; this is a mandatory requirement.
- Should be under 45 years of age.
- Must be fluent in Tamil, the local language.
- Candidates with backgrounds in IT, BPO, or technology industries are highly preferred.
- Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree to be eligible.
