Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with company goals, performing risk assessments to pinpoint potential dangers and vulnerabilities.
• Review, update, and enforce security protocols across various company locations ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the planning and implementation of physical security measures safeguarding facilities, personnel, and assets, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain incident response and crisis management plans to effectively handle security breaches, collaborating with authorities for recovery and continuity.
• Assess and update security technology solutions in line with corporate policies.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve established security goals through communication and cooperation.
• Oversee the operational security budget exceeding 55 million INR for manpower and asset management; prepare and seek approval for capital expenditure for security enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to investigate security issues, file complaints, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Develop, implement, and test emergency response plans to secure organizational assets under various scenarios.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 15 to 18 years total experience, combining at least 10 years in a defense role and 5 years in corporate security.
• Applicants should be retired officers from the Army, Navy, or Air Force, holding a respectable cadre; this is a mandatory requirement.
• Should be under 45 years of age.
• Must be fluent in Tamil, the local language.
• Candidates with backgrounds in IT, BPO, or technology industries are highly preferred.
• Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree to be eligible.
