직무 설명
Job Overview
We are seeking Maintenance Executives for the Pune region who can efficiently manage multi-skill technical responsibilities across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance operations across at least two stores, with travel and petrol allowances provided for official duties.
- Work flexibly across all three shifts to ensure continuous support.
- Perform a range of technical tasks related to HVAC, electrical systems, preventive maintenance, DG set management, and electrical panel installation and repairs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as an Electrician or Multi Skill Technician.
- Educational background: Full-time ITI, Diploma, or Engineering qualification in Electrical or Wireman trade.
- Age 20 years or above.
- Possess own two-wheeler for commuting.
- Ability to handle multi-skill tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹21,000.
- Employment on company payroll with benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and other statutory contributions.
