Overview
This role involves designing and executing learning and development (L&D) programs along with wellness initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and wellbeing. The position also requires overseeing training operations and assessing program effectiveness to align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply innovative learning and development strategies to improve employee growth and support organizational goals.
- Analyze and update training courses to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and current industry standards.
- Compile comprehensive reports detailing the outcomes of learning activities, training expenses, and management of training budgets.
- Organize and coordinate both internal and external training sessions to guarantee seamless execution.
- Evaluate the success of all employee training programs continuously to foster improvements.
- Administer the SuccessFactors learning management system to keep training records precise and accessible.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives such as health checkups and community events that encourage employee wellbeing and participation.
- Assess the impact and participation of wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention rates.
- Manage the wellness program budgets ensuring financial efficiency in program delivery.
- Carry out additional duties as required in support of broader organizational projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in learning and development or managing wellness programs.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office for report preparation and coordination tasks.
- Good communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders and lead training sessions.
