Role Overview

The candidate should have at least one year of practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, conducting repairs, and managing service requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to components like screens, motherboards, batteries, and keyboards.
- Perform operating system installations and troubleshoot various software problems.
