Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proficient Computer & Laptop Repair Technician to become a valuable member of our team. The candidate should have at least one year of practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, conducting repairs, and managing service requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to components like screens, motherboards, batteries, and keyboards.
- Perform operating system installations and troubleshoot various software problems.
- Manage incoming service requests promptly and accurately maintain repair documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in laptop and computer hardware and software repair.
- Well-versed in identifying and fixing hardware malfunctions.
- Proficient in OS installation and resolving software challenges.
- Strong organizational skills to handle service tickets and maintain records.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
