About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Coverage Support Analyst to join our APAC Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Chief Operating Office (COO) team. This role acts as a vital link between the Front Office (Sales and Trading) and infrastructure teams, such as KYC Operations, Compliance, and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), to ensure smooth client onboarding, maintain client perimeter reviews, and manage KYC processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Trading teams to facilitate efficient client onboarding, manage product extensions, and ensure timely completion of KYC reviews.
- Conduct regular assessments of inactive client accounts to maintain an up-to-date and streamlined client perimeter for the bank.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Front Office and infrastructure partners to promptly resolve onboarding delays and intricate client-related issues.
- Support the management and prioritization of daily tasks handled by the Sales Support Analysts team.
- Provide assistance on regional projects within APAC and contribute to global initiatives under the wider Global FIC ACO Team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in client onboarding, middle office operations, compliance, or KYC-related roles within a large global financial institution.
- Strong familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) policies applicable in Hong Kong and Singapore is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude to thrive in fast-paced trading environments.
Additional Information
- Contract tenure is six months, with prospects for extension or transition to permanent employment.
- The monthly salary may reach up to SGD 5200.
