About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Khaleeji Chef with expertise in traditional Gulf culinary arts to consistently produce authentic, high-quality dishes showcasing the distinctive flavors of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook classic Khaleeji meals such as Kabsa, Mandi rice, Machboos, Luqaimat, and Saloona by following standardized recipes.
- Ensure the authenticity of taste, visual appeal, and serving sizes meet tradition and company standards.
- Oversee daily cooking and food preparation activities in the kitchen.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
- Inspect ingredient quality and guarantee proper storage practices.
- Collaborate efficiently with kitchen team members to deliver smooth meal service.
- Reduce food wastage and maintain control over kitchen-related expenses.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Khaleeji or Gulf cuisine chef.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and regional dishes.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A cooperative, team-oriented professional approach.
