About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Khaleeji Chef with expertise in traditional Gulf culinary arts to consistently produce authentic, high-quality dishes showcasing the distinctive flavors of the region.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook classic Khaleeji meals such as Kabsa, Mandi rice, Machboos, Luqaimat, and Saloona by following standardized recipes.
Ensure the authenticity of taste, visual appeal, and serving sizes meet tradition and company standards.
Oversee daily cooking and food preparation activities in the kitchen.
Maintain rigorous hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
Inspect ingredient quality and guarantee proper storage practices.
Collaborate efficiently with kitchen team members to deliver smooth meal service.
Reduce food wastage and maintain control over kitchen-related expenses.

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated experience as a Khaleeji or Gulf cuisine chef.
In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and regional dishes.
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A cooperative, team-oriented professional approach.
