Role Overview
We seek a Junior Project Manager / Engineer to join our Hamburg office, actively contributing to offshore service and grid connection projects, while growing professionally within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing work packages and sub-projects related to maintenance, certification, construction, and repair of offshore grid connection systems.
- Collaborate closely with seasoned project managers and engineers to manage project activities and interfaces.
- Facilitate communication among customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop and uphold project documentation, timelines, and action items.
- Track project progress and promote clear, structured project communication.
Candidate Profile
- Degree completed in renewable energy, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- Some practical experience in renewables or infrastructure sectors, such as internships or graduate roles, is beneficial.
- Keen interest in offshore wind energy, grid infrastructure, and project delivery processes.
- Curiosity, high motivation, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- A preference for working within small teams and gradually assuming responsibilities.
- Proficient in German and English with eagerness to enhance language skills.
- Prepared to travel occasionally to support onsite projects and client needs.
