About the Role
Join one of Germany's leading AI-native commercial insurance broker startups in Berlin as a Founders Associate working directly with the Founder & CEO. This position offers a rare chance to immerse yourself in all facets of growing a rapidly expanding, venture-funded AI insurance software company. You will be central to key strategic projects spanning go-to-market efforts, finance, operations, and the CEO's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with demand generation and driving growth initiatives.
- Analyze pricing strategies and commercial metrics.
- Monitor sales funnel performance and overall business health.
- Enhance sales processes and commercial operations efficiency.
- Develop strategic partnerships and contribute to business development.
- Prepare board presentations and investor reports.
- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations.
- Create financial models, forecasts, and business case analyses.
- Help manage financial administration and capitalization table.
- Coordinate company planning and preparation for all-hands meetings.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and prepare decision-making materials.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Own and drive the company’s highest-impact priorities from day one.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent academic achievements from a top-tier university or business school.
- Prior experience as a Founder's Associate or working at a fast-paced venture-backed startup; internships count.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in total, including internships.
- Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Fluent English, with good command of German language.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive sense of ownership.
- Motivated, humble, and keen to learn continually.
- Strong work ethic and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Berlin, collaborating closely with the Founder and CEO.
