Position Overview

This role is designed to support the 7IM Investment Management team by engaging in meaningful projects essential to the business. Over a 36-month period, the trainee will develop skills and industry knowledge, ultimately working with their manager to decide on a career path within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a 36-month rotational program gaining exposure to areas such as Portfolio Management, Strategy, and Investment Solutions.
Contribute actively to daily business operations and specific projects, either independently or collaboratively, involving multiple business stakeholders.
Tasks include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, reviewing investment products, assisting with presentations, and coordinating with other teams to fulfill client requests.

Capable of managing multiple duties simultaneously with precision and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships within and across teams.
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
