Key Responsibilities
- Analyze processes, cost structures, and business models within client companies.
- Develop data-driven optimization concepts in areas like product cost optimization, procurement consulting, process improvement, and organizational change.
- Formulate well-founded recommendations for top management and support the implementation of these measures.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams, working directly at client sites, in the office, or from home.
Candidate Profile
Must-have qualifications:
- Completed Master's degree in engineering sciences, e.g., industrial engineering or a comparable program at a technical university.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English languages (C1/C2 level).
- Strong analytical skills paired with technical expertise.
- Ability to quickly understand, structure, and address complex problems with solution-oriented thinking.
- Self-initiative and readiness to take responsibility.
- Passion for consulting, teamwork, and flexible working arrangements.
Desirable qualifications:
- Initial relevant practical experience, preferably in consulting and potentially abroad.
