Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, cost structures, and business models within client companies.
• Develop data-driven optimization concepts in areas like product cost optimization, procurement consulting, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Formulate well-founded recommendations for top management and support the implementation of these measures.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams, working directly at client sites, in the office, or from home.

Candidate Profile

Must-have qualifications:

• Completed Master's degree in engineering sciences, e.g., industrial engineering or a comparable program at a technical university.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English languages (C1/C2 level).
• Strong analytical skills paired with technical expertise.
• Ability to quickly understand, structure, and address complex problems with solution-oriented thinking.
• Self-initiative and readiness to take responsibility.
• Passion for consulting, teamwork, and flexible working arrangements.

Desirable qualifications:

• Initial relevant practical experience, preferably in consulting and potentially abroad.
