About the Role
Nu School is seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer who is technically adept and customer-oriented to ensure dependable IT services and deliver outstanding technical assistance throughout the organization. This remote, full-time position is open exclusively to candidates legally authorized to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and systems troubles.
- Set up, install, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, printers, and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, password resets, and access controls.
- Track and address support requests using the IT ticketing platform.
