Position Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests by phone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support through handling incidents and service requests via telephone, email, or ticket systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues either remotely or directly at employees' workstations, and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in effectively using applications during their daily tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and participate actively in ongoing enhancement of processes and IT environment.
- Execute smaller projects within the service desk scope, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent technical qualification with relevant IT training.
- Strong customer service focus and passion for delivering excellent support.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
