IT Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a well-organized and results-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives spanning various business units. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while maintaining alignment with business goals and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, ensuring all objectives related to schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Create detailed project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security personnel, and external vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and handle change requests effectively.
• Lead regular project status meetings and provide transparent progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster clear and continuous communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics and implement necessary corrective measures to keep projects on track.
• Support requirements elicitation, review solution designs, oversee testing, and manage deployment efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company governance, security policies, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Promote ongoing enhancement of project delivery frameworks and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT projects with proven success in delivering medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Solid understanding of project management approaches including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships within projects.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
• Background in delivering digital transformation, cloud services, infrastructure, enterprise applications, or software development projects.
• Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and change management protocols.
