Your Day to Day
As the Beach Club Manager, you will oversee all aspects of La Mar Beach's operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, effective team coordination, and strict compliance with IHG brand requirements. This hands-on leadership role demands dedication, hospitality expertise, and a strong attention to detail.
- Manage day-to-day activities of La Mar Beach Club, including beach services, food and beverage coordination, reservations, and guest interactions.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to deliver top-tier service.
- Collaborate with culinary, events, and marketing departments to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenues.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards rigorously.
- Address guest feedback promptly with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Oversee financial results, budgets, and operational efficiencies.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably within luxury beach clubs or hospitality venues.
- Familiarity with the local leisure market.
- Ability to leverage local connections to organize events and increase income.
- Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating lasting impressions.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
