Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Guide, mentor, and supervise store staff as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Take full ownership of store management in the Store Manager's absence.
• Work collaboratively across merchandising, customer service, and HR functions.
• Provide reports on daily activities and assist with recruitment and sales strategies.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained appropriately and comply with all health and safety standards.
• Maintain an attractive store environment and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Support clients and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Contribute actively towards achieving sales targets.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Proven leadership qualities and ability to train and motivate a team.
• Strong skills in communication and organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and store needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Physical ability to perform various in-store tasks such as reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying merchandise.
