About the Role
Step into the dynamic world of Skechers at our Crescent location as an Assistant Store Manager. Since establishing our presence in 2010, we have expanded to 26 outlets across Ireland and Northern Ireland, and we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Guide, mentor, and supervise store staff as delegated by the Store Manager.
- Take full ownership of store management in the Store Manager's absence.
- Work collaboratively across merchandising, customer service, and HR functions.
- Provide reports on daily activities and assist with recruitment and sales strategies.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained appropriately and comply with all health and safety standards.
- Maintain an attractive store environment and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Support clients and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Contribute actively towards achieving sales targets.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to train and motivate a team.
- Strong skills in communication and organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and store needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Physical ability to perform various in-store tasks such as reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying merchandise.
