Your Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide your on-site teams to ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
• Engage actively in sales conversations and advise customers.
• Present our collections following established concepts.
• Manage store operations including merchandise handling, cash register, and inventory.
• Plan staff deployment effectively.

About You

• You enjoy sales and interacting with people.
• You willingly take on responsibility and ideally have prior managerial experience, for example in hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service.
• You are open-minded, flexible, and eager to embrace new tasks.
• You work precisely and in an organized manner and appreciate working as part of a successful team.
