About the Position

Join our IT Service Center team located in Pfullendorf.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via telephone in both German and English, ensuring detailed documentation.
- Provide first-level support by handling incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticket system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site, and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in effectively utilizing applications in their daily work.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of processes and IT environment.
- Execute small-scale projects related to the service desk such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable technical qualification with further education in the IT field.
- Strong service orientation and commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
