About the Role
Join Marina Bay Sands and elevate your passion by collaborating with experts to build a rewarding career. The role focuses on supporting innovations, enhancing operational processes, and utilizing data analytics to derive insights that boost IT performance in alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate new technologies, industry trends, and inventive solutions related to performance management.
- Assist in pinpointing and assessing processes that can improve IT performance and analytics capabilities.
- Help organize, archive, and maintain data assets to ensure they remain accessible and accurate.
- Update and consolidate data to aid departmental projects focused on centralizing data sources.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports leveraging Power BI and Tableau.
- Produce ad-hoc visualizations and reports as per business requirements.
- Contribute to automating and streamlining analytics reporting routines.
- Develop Power Apps to improve operational effectiveness within IT departments.
- Build proof-of-concept intranet web pages using SharePoint to enhance internal communication and collaboration.
- Support the publication of IT communication reports through content curation and creative design efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology/Management, Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications including MS Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Basic skills in Python scripting and Power App development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
