About the Role
This position seeks an interdisciplinary artist engaged on an hourly contract basis with flexible weekly hours between 10 and 40. The role is remote and offers a compensation range from $15 up to $65 per hour. The primary responsibility involves producing and curating diverse content types—including visual art, film, audio, digital media, and animations—targeted for training AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage high-quality multimedia content spanning various artistic mediums to support AI training datasets.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align creative outputs with project requirements.
- Analyze project briefs and incorporate a broad range of artistic insights into the content creation process.
- Maintain thorough documentation of artistic methods and clearly communicate concepts to both technical experts and general audiences.
- Evaluate AI-generated content and offer constructive critiques to enhance quality.
- Adjust to shifting project demands and contribute expertise across multiple creative disciplines.
- Encourage innovation and creative experimentation within collaborative teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: visual arts, film production, audio production, digital media, or animation.
- Track record of successfully completing interdisciplinary creative projects.
- Proficiency with software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and various audio/video editing and animation applications.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Experience participating in remote, cross-functional creative teams.
- Capability to convert artistic ideas into organized data formats appropriate for AI usage.
- Highly self-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
