Interdisciplinary Artist - Content Creator

About the Role

This position seeks an interdisciplinary artist engaged on an hourly contract basis with flexible weekly hours between 10 and 40. The role is remote and offers a compensation range from $15 up to $65 per hour. The primary responsibility involves producing and curating diverse content types—including visual art, film, audio, digital media, and animations—targeted for training AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage high-quality multimedia content spanning various artistic mediums to support AI training datasets.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align creative outputs with project requirements.
• Analyze project briefs and incorporate a broad range of artistic insights into the content creation process.
• Maintain thorough documentation of artistic methods and clearly communicate concepts to both technical experts and general audiences.
• Evaluate AI-generated content and offer constructive critiques to enhance quality.
• Adjust to shifting project demands and contribute expertise across multiple creative disciplines.
• Encourage innovation and creative experimentation within collaborative teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: visual arts, film production, audio production, digital media, or animation.
• Track record of successfully completing interdisciplinary creative projects.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and various audio/video editing and animation applications.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.
• Experience participating in remote, cross-functional creative teams.
• Capability to convert artistic ideas into organized data formats appropriate for AI usage.
• Highly self-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
