Role Overview
This opening is for a personal lines customer service advisor in Tuam, County Galway. The position sits at the centre of client support, taking ownership of personal insurance needs and delivering a high standard of service across face-to-face and phone interactions.
The role is based on site in Tuam and offers a salary of €32,000 to €36,000, depending on experience.
What You Will Do
- Win new business across personal lines products, including motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine cover.
- Deal with policy amendments and client queries quickly and accurately.
- Support renewals throughout the year and help maintain strong retention levels.
- Carry out the day-to-day administration linked to personal lines policies.
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
- Follow all requirements linked to CBI, CPC, GDPR, and internal company procedures.
Candidate Profile
