Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Immigration Sales Executive based in Jubilee Hills and Kukatpally, Hyderabad. This full-time position involves working onsite with shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates should have 2 to 10 years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, business development, counseling, or customer service sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate immigration and overseas education solutions.
- Provide detailed counseling on visas, work permits, permanent residency options, and immigration services.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients during the complete sales cycle.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure a steady flow in the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Accurately log client communications and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as inside sales, business development, B2C sales, counseling, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong ability to influence prospects.
- Comfortable working towards set sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
