Job Overview
We seek a skilled and proactive Ice Cream Parlour Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will bring at least one year of hands-on experience in crafting ice cream desserts and demonstrate comfort with managing daily operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a variety of ice cream sundaes, shakes, desserts, and specialty ice cream treats.
- Prepare pizzas and other fast-food offerings accurately following standard recipes.
- Operate OTG and microwave ovens efficiently with a focus on safety.
- Support the assembly of diverse ice cream dishes and topping items.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workspaces consistently.
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
- Participate actively in daily kitchen activities and assist fellow team members as needed.
- Carry out all on-the-floor kitchen duties with confidence and commitment.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in an ice cream parlour, dessert kitchen, café, or similar establishment.
- Proven expertise in preparing ice cream sundaes and other desserts.
- Familiarity with pizza and fast-food item preparation.
- Comfortable operating OTG and microwave ovens.
- Physically fit to handle multi-tasking kitchen roles efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- A cooperative team member exhibiting a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
