Role overview

This is a 12-month parental leave contract for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global organisation’s People Team in Sydney. The position is a high-visibility advisory role with direct exposure to Partners and senior leaders, supporting culture, capability, and organisational performance across multiple locations in Australia and Asia.

  • Support and promote initiatives related to DEI, wellbeing, learning and development, and employee recognition.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Partners and business leaders to enable informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to engagement and organisational effectiveness programs that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Take part in strategic People projects and ongoing process improvement activities across the function.
