Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive specializing in recruitment to join our team remotely. You will play an essential role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both client organizations and internal company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process for clients, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing job offers.
• Serve as the main liaison for candidates, coordinating interview schedules and providing logistical support.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure alignment on interview timings and candidate feedback.
• Conduct final round interviews for AYKA’s own recruitment needs and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records and assist in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Hands-on experience with interview scheduling, calendar management, and participating in final hiring stages.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent multitasking skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• High ethical standards and the capability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Education & Training

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Completion of a 45-day on-the-job software training program is mandatory prior to certification.
• Successful candidates will earn a training compensation of INR 20,000 upon certification completion.

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Full-time and permanent.
• Work Location: Remote (Work from Home).
• Salary Range: INR 200,000 to INR 300,000 annually.
• Mandatory Requirements: Personal computer or laptop, mobile phone, and stable broadband internet access.
