HR Operations Executive / Officer - Offboarding

Role Overview

This position is focused on overseeing the full employee exit cycle and making sure separations are handled smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with company rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete offboarding journey for employees, starting from resignation acceptance through to the final exit process.
• Work with internal functions such as IT, Administration, Payroll, and Finance to obtain clearances and recover company assets.
• Run exit interviews and record employee feedback in a structured manner.
• Ensure that full and final settlement activities are completed on time in partnership with the Payroll team.
• Prepare and manage exit-related documents including experience letters, relieving letters, and clearance forms.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar offboarding or HR operations role.
