About the Company
The employer is a UAE-based organization that specializes in manpower outsourcing within the UAE market.
Role Overview
This position is focused on overseeing the full employee exit cycle and making sure separations are handled smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with company rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete offboarding journey for employees, starting from resignation acceptance through to the final exit process.
- Work with internal functions such as IT, Administration, Payroll, and Finance to obtain clearances and recover company assets.
- Run exit interviews and record employee feedback in a structured manner.
- Ensure that full and final settlement activities are completed on time in partnership with the Payroll team.
- Prepare and manage exit-related documents including experience letters, relieving letters, and clearance forms.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar offboarding or HR operations role.
