- Organize and manage recruitment, onboarding, and deployment activities for project and site staff.
- Accurately maintain personnel records, HR files, and databases with confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing, monitor attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate timesheets.
- Compile and prepare HR, manpower, and employee analytics reports for management review.
- Utilize MS Excel for HR reporting, including creating trackers, dashboards, pivot tables, and conducting data analysis.
- Contribute to workforce planning and HR analytics to enhance operational efficiency and manpower usage.
- Handle employee relations issues and support grievance procedures.
- Provide assistance with visa, travel, accommodation, and mobilization logistics when required.
- Collaborate with project managers and site personnel to address staffing needs and updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and site regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement efforts, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holding a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Preferably at least five years of HR experience within the construction sector.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HR-related data tracking.
- Experience with HR reporting, data analytics, and manpower planning.
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a culturally diverse, fast-paced project environment.
- Experience supporting extensive manpower operations or projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems and digital reporting tools is preferred.
