Role overview
The Hospitality Attendant, also referred to as a Butler / Hospitality Attendant, supports guests and executives by delivering polished hospitality service. The role centers on serving refreshments, arranging food and meeting spaces, keeping service areas clean and orderly, and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous service of food, drinks, tea, coffee, and other refreshments to guests and management.
- Set up and tidy dining spaces, meeting rooms, and hospitality areas before and after they are used.
- Keep pantries, kitchenettes, dining zones, and service tools clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Monitor stock levels of hospitality supplies and flag shortages when they occur.
- Help prepare rooms and facilities for meetings, events, and special occasions.
- Work in line with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- Respond quickly and politely to hospitality-related requests.
- Clear used dishes and utensils, then ensure they are washed, stored, and handled properly.
- Preserve confidentiality and display professionalism when serving executives and VIP visitors.
- Escalate equipment issues or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Take on additional hospitality duties as needed.
Qualifications and requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel operations, catering, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling practices.
- Ability to communicate in basic English; Arabic will be considered a plus.
- Well-groomed personal presentation with strong customer service etiquette.

Working conditions
