직무 설명
Role Overview
The Head of PMO will oversee program governance, track milestones, and manage performance reporting across all sites and workstreams. This position is focused on keeping delivery tightly aligned across engineering, construction, finance, and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up a centralized PMO supported by digital dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Monitor every major workstream, including land, power, design, construction, and client onboarding.
- Control project cost, schedule, and scope to keep delivery on track.
- Conduct monthly program review meetings with the CEO.
- Create and maintain project control and risk management templates.
Experience Profile
The preferred background is 15 to 20 years of experience in program or portfolio management within EPC, IT infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
A certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
