Role overview
Al Hayat Investments Co. is hiring an office-based Project Coordinator in Riyadh to support the Project Execution Department. The position focuses on keeping projects organized, maintaining accurate schedules and documentation, and ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders and internal teams so deadlines and deliverables are met smoothly.
What you will do
- Keep daily work aligned between the project execution team and other departments so activities stay on schedule.
- Update project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports as work progresses.
- Serve as the main internal communication link for project team members and stakeholders.
- Arrange project meetings, build agendas, and ensure action items and deadlines are followed up.
- Prepare, organize, and preserve project files, records, reports, and related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and alert the project manager about delays, risks, or resource shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, HR, and other functions to support project needs.
- Help create project plans, management presentations, and progress updates.
- Assist with onboarding new project team members by arranging access, tools, and required information.
- Maintain proper filing, document version control, and records for contracts and correspondence.
- Contribute to process improvements that make coordination across teams more efficient.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar position.
- Comfort using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with project tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of project workflows and collaboration across departments.
- Very good spoken and written English communication skills.
Work style and environment
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it is centered on project execution and cross-functional coordination.
