About the Role
We are seeking a Head of IT Operations to join our distributed team across the United Arab Emirates. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time engagement while working remotely. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive learning attitude. Prior experience in IT operations or coordinating teams is beneficial but not mandatory, as thorough onboarding and continuous assistance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily IT and operational tasks
- Keep track of workflows and maintain precise operational documentation
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Facilitate communication among internal departments
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of operational assignments
- Carry out additional administrative and project-related duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Currently living within the United Arab Emirates
- At least 21 years old
- Basic proficiency in English communication
- Comfortable with computers and common online collaboration platforms
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Detail-focused, dependable, and eager to learn
- Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
