Head of IT Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of IT Operations to join our distributed team across the United Arab Emirates. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time engagement while working remotely. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive learning attitude. Prior experience in IT operations or coordinating teams is beneficial but not mandatory, as thorough onboarding and continuous assistance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily IT and operational tasks
• Keep track of workflows and maintain precise operational documentation
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Facilitate communication among internal departments
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of operational assignments
• Carry out additional administrative and project-related duties as required

Candidate Requirements

• Currently living within the United Arab Emirates
• At least 21 years old
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Comfortable with computers and common online collaboration platforms
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-focused, dependable, and eager to learn
• Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
