About saved lab

saved lab is a men’s activewear startup that entered the market at the end of May 2026. The company is founder-led and currently has a team of five. They are looking for support on a part-time or commission-only basis.

Role overview

The Head of B2B will own and expand the brand’s business-to-business sales activities for saved lab GmbH. This role focuses on building the retail channel through strategy, new partner acquisition, and relationship management with existing dealers.

The position reports directly to the managing director and comes with a high degree of autonomy, with only limited process guidance. The long-term plan is to convert this into a permanent employment role and potentially build out a team once the dealer base has grown successfully.

Key responsibilities

At the start, the role is centered on generating leads, representing saved lab in meetings with prospective retail partners, and closing deals on a commission basis.

Qualifications

Strong background in sales and account management, backed by proven results
Ability to analyze metrics, draw conclusions, and turn strategy into action
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work closely with the leadership team and peers, such as the Head of B2C
Readiness to be regularly present on site in Pforzheim for team meetings and related activities
Strong drive to succeed and deliver results
