Job Overview
We are looking for an inventive and driven Graphic Designer to become part of our energetic marketing team at Fidelity National Financial, a leading Fortune 500 title insurance company. This team supports the marketing initiatives across multiple commercial and residential title brands under the Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) umbrella. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing coordinators to develop innovative design concepts.
- Produce graphics, layouts, and visual assets for both digital platforms and print media.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all design projects and marketing materials.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to provide fresh and creative ideas for the team.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and design best practices to maintain relevance and appeal.
Requirements
- Role functions within the Central Time Zone; residency in Texas is advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Completed degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Canva and video editing capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication abilities and adeptness in teamwork.
- Positive, proactive approach to work.
- Submission of a portfolio that demonstrates design expertise.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually.
- Discretionary quarterly bonuses available after 90 days, typically between $1,000 and $3,000, at manager's discretion.
