Programme Summary

This three-year Graduate Sales Programme immerses you in the dynamic telematics and fuel sectors through customer-facing roles. You will gain comprehensive knowledge by rotating across key departments—Inbound Fleet Sales, Outbound Fleet Sales, Account Management (In-life), and Cancellations/Retentions—with at least three months spent in each. The programme also includes opportunities to undertake leadership responsibilities and collaborate with operational and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers through inbound and outbound sales channels.
Manage existing client accounts with a strong customer focus.
Work to meet and surpass sales targets.
Understand technical aspects of telematics and fuel products.
Contribute to operational and product functions to appreciate interdepartmental relationships.
Lead team initiatives as opportunities arise during the programme.

Candidate Profile

Possess a minimum 2:1 degree classification in any discipline.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Confident and effective at telephone communication with customers.
Self-driven with strong motivation to succeed.
