Programme Summary

This three-year Graduate Sales Programme immerses you in the dynamic telematics and fuel sectors through customer-facing roles. You will gain comprehensive knowledge by rotating across key departments—Inbound Fleet Sales, Outbound Fleet Sales, Account Management (In-life), and Cancellations/Retentions—with at least three months spent in each. The programme also includes opportunities to undertake leadership responsibilities and collaborate with operational and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound sales channels.
• Manage existing client accounts with a strong customer focus.
• Work to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Understand technical aspects of telematics and fuel products.
• Contribute to operational and product functions to appreciate interdepartmental relationships.
• Lead team initiatives as opportunities arise during the programme.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum 2:1 degree classification in any discipline.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Confident and effective at telephone communication with customers.
• Self-driven with strong motivation to succeed.
