Role Overview
This role is for a senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth in cooling tower and industrial equipment sales from Chennai. The position calls for experience in capital goods and a strong understanding of industrial customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will plan and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting business targets. The role involves identifying fresh business opportunities and managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and enquiry management to proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and final order conversion.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have more than 10 years of experience selling capital goods or industrial equipment. Relevant industry exposure includes steel, pharma, petrochemicals, sugar, thermal power, captive power generation, and similar industrial sectors.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering discipline.
