Role Overview

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team in Finsbury Circus, London. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and service to guests, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and friendliness, handling guest needs promptly and topping up vending machines, supporting hospitality and cafe operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by attending to guests attentively throughout their visit, answering questions, and addressing concerns amicably.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations and foster an inclusive, safe workplace.
• Follow all health, safety, food service, and catering regulations applicable at the location.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.
• Enjoy working within a supportive, inclusive team environment.
• Adaptable and solution-focused when facing challenges and new opportunities.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
