Role overview
The Front of House Manager will play a key part in day-to-day restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, staffing support, and team training. This role calls for strong restaurant leadership to maintain service quality, safety, and cleanliness while guiding the team to create excellent guest experiences. The position also includes opportunities to strengthen management skills through leadership development.
Key duties
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to deliver smooth service and strong guest experiences.
- Direct, coach, train, and encourage front-of-house team members to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate reservations, seating, and waitlists to improve flow and service efficiency.
- Make sure health, safety, and sanitation requirements are consistently followed.
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support the organization’s values of Hospitality, Authenticity, Quality, Fun, and Courage.

Compensation
