Job Overview

We are seeking an approachable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and visitors as well as managing administrative duties efficiently within our Dubai office.

Primary Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, messages, and email communications promptly.
  • Coordinate procurement efforts by liaising with suppliers and tracking order progress.
  • Collect and organize tax invoices received from vendors and suppliers.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with bookings including flights, hotel accommodations, and team meals.
  • Manage office inventory and support various administrative functions.

Candidate Profile
